Although our nation Sri Lanka is mostly a Buddhist country (only 7% of people are Christians) Christmas celebrates as a public holiday by everyone, which displays as a justification of equal treatment for every race. “No to segregation! No to racism!”

Let off fire crackers at dawn and say Merry Christmas!!!

For us Christmas typically reminds of snow, warm fires, beautifully decorated tree and Santa. But the traditions are different, depending on the cultures of your country. While some prefer a pint of Guinness, others prefer eggnog; and like while some know him as Santa Claus, we call him ‘Naththal Seeya’ or some others call ‘Sinterklaas.’

Dsynit is a party friendly organization. We never miss any occasion; likewise we celebrate Christmas every year bringing together our office colleagues. Special tasks carried out during Advent are the making of Christmas decorations including handmade stars, colorful paper chains and lots of electric lights. Beautifully lit Christmas tree brightening up the office, sparklers are hung on its branches are blooming a magical air.
